Applicants and participants must:
- Submit truthful information
- Avoid manipulated or misleading evidence
- Respect the integrity of the recognition process
Fraudulent submissions, fabricated records, or deceptive practices may result in rejection, revocation, or permanent disqualification.
2. Fairness & Impartial Evaluation
Apex Book of Records strives to ensure:

Record attempts involving unsafe practices, unethical conduct, or manipulated evidence may be rejected regardless of performance.

Applicants and participants are expected to:
- Provide authentic and verifiable documentation
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Avoid plagiarism or unauthorized content usage
- Obtain consent for submitted media and participant information
Apex Book of Records may conduct additional verification checks where necessary.

Reviewers, representatives, and affiliated parties must avoid situations where personal interests could influence decisions or evaluations.
Potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed immediately.
Apex Book of Records may reassign or remove individuals from evaluation processes where conflicts exist.
11. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent submissions

- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Unauthorized use of branding or certificates
- Illegal, harmful, or exploitative activities
- Attempts to compromise evaluation integrity
